Description
The purpose of launching CCB is to create a waste collection and treatment center in the Łódź Voivodeship based on the cooperation of cooperating municipalities within the association of municipalities. Created in the area of the Bielawy Commune in Piaski Bankowe, the project is to be an innovative model of cooperation between entrepreneurs specialized in collecting and processing municipal waste based on innovative technologies.

Objective
Launching the CCB, which will fully manage municipal waste as part of the ideas and mechanisms of circular economy in particular:
1) building a value chain between companies and local government representatives;
2) inclusion of interested companies in implementing the process of obtaining significant added value from revenues obtained while processing raw materials into new final products;
3) building a value chain among companies that invest in the CCB area by creating a related circular zone;
4) linking a permanent guarantee of cooperation.
